I’ve never been one for writing about myself, but since you’re here, I suppose I’d better make it worth your while…

So, yes, that’s me, over there. I liked the photo, so here it is (don’t ask about the smirky smile – I have no answers). I’m what they call an extroverted introvert. I love meeting new people, even if my brain overcompensates when I do!

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats. My longest-running role? Mum – where I mastered timekeeping, taxi driving, security guarding, first aid, gourmet(ish) cooking and a thousand other skills that never quite made it onto my CV.

I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. Back in the Windows 3.1 days, I spent hours writing stories about magical horses and babysitting adventures. That passion never left – it just evolved.

From Blogging to Red Kite HQ

Until December 2021, I ran a successful blog. Then, after a car accident, my creativity took an unexpected hiatus. In 2018, I launched what is now Red Kite HQ, blending my love for writing, strategy and tech into a business that helps coaches, consultants and change-makers get their message out – without the stress of content creation, funnels or automation.

I’ve had the privilege of working with brilliant clients, including my longest-standing partners, Fiona and Mary from Sticky Change. Their ever-evolving to-do lists keep me on my toes – no two weeks are ever the same! Their support and encouragement over the last few years have meant the world to me and I’m lucky to now call them friends.
